Cancellation Policy:

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancelations or no shows will be subject to $25 fees for Lashes, facial, brow lamination appointments and $50 fees for Permanent Makeup, and microneedling.

Late Arrival Policy:

Arriving late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other clients. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Health & Safety:

Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment. For the safety of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse services when necessary.

Children & Guests:

To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. 

​

Payment Policy:

we accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express, discovery, Cashapp, Zelle, apple pay and NO check.

​

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total services cost.

​

Right to Refuse Servies:

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, intoxicated, or fails to follow our policies.

Lash Retention & 3 day policy:

We strive for perfection, but if you experience fall out or issues with you lash extensions, you may come in for a complimentary fill within 3 days of your appointment.

After the 3-day period, any touch-ups or adjustments will be charged at the regular fill price.

Complimentary Drinks:

We offer complimentary wine to client 21 and over with valid ID. Please drink responsibly.

Photography & Video Policy:

We may take before and after photos or videos of your service for promotional and training purposes. By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of these images on our website and social media. If you prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before your se4vies begins.

Texting Policy

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and important updates and promotions via text message from Ly Lash & Beauty Bar. If you wish to stop receiving texts, reply with STOP at any time. However, this may prevent you from receiving appoiment reminders.
